Start by registering on app.beam.gg. You'll be guided through our Community Builder, where you can create and and customize your platform. After completing the Builder process your community should be live!

What happens if I go over my plans limits?

All of our plans offer unlimited data storage, so your community will never run out of space.
If your number of registered users goes over the limit, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to onboard more members.

How do I manage my community?

Beam.gg provides tools to track, manage, and moderate community activity. Admins and moderators can access the "Community Manager" option from your desktop dropdown profile. Community owners can also access the Manager on the left navigation bar on the Beam Dashboard.

What is the Community Manager?

The Community Manager is your community management dashboard. It allows you to view and manage member roles, monitor community activity and moderate users and content.

What is the Beam Dashboard?

The Beam Dashboard is where you can customize your community settings, view community analytics and manage your account subscription. You can access this through app.beam.gg , which is a different app from your community website.
